Small original oil painting- Winter landscape- “Eve.” - oil on canvas (6x8”)

A small original oil painting, with moody and earthy shades and tones, and a hazy grey/blue sky. There is plenty of atmosphere in this little painting, and a small patch of snow in the foreground. I did this little landscape painting from a reference photo I took in Caledon, Ontario on Christmas Eve. I like this painting as a reminder that we didn’t have much snow right before Christmas, and then woke up to a beautiful snowy morning on Christmas Day. There were a few redeeming moments to 2020. Signed and dated on the back of the canvas, and ready to hang with picture wire and a painted edge.
