A large cloud painting, with many layers and shades of colours in the clouds. It has a very light and airy feel in person, and a very calming effect when viewing. There is a good deal of texture in the overall uniform clouds, and subtle shades of pink, yellow, purple, and blues. All of the colours are blended in nicely together through the forms of the clouds. Somewhat abstract in nature, this cloudscape was based on a photo I took during a summer sunset in our little town. The clouds seemed to slowly and beautifully be passing by. This canvas measures 18x24,” with a 3/4” painted edge, so it is ready to hang with no need for framing.
